NCC organisation in our country was set up in 1948. In the beginning three troops were there in our institution. But at present only one troop that exists has 100 cadets and one Associated NCC Officer. The troop is under Army Wings. The cadets take part in the programmes like Swach Bharat Avijan, Fit India, Road Safety, Anti Drug Rally, Maintaining Old-age Home, Statue Cleaning , tree-plantation, various pledges for our Country , Raksha Bandhan, Literacy Mission etc. Cadets also join in various all India and State level camps, trekking camps and other camps organised by NCC organisation. Chief officer Shri Kalyan Kumar Bairagi was a contingent ANO of West Bengal and Sikkim Directorate and took part in RDC Camp in 2021. Our ANO visited the PM's House during this Camp. Sudipta Seth and Ahmed Ali achieved great success in All India Shootings of NCC Cadets. Both of them won gold medals. They were also awarded medals by the Governor of West Bengal.
