At first our institution stepped out as just an educational institution but year after year it has been flourished as a rainbow giving multipurpose enlightenment in our society. The baton of a continuous cultural and educational legacy has been transfered to my hand and I am the "student - HM" of this institution. I feel overwhelmed when I get the blow of same wind which touched one day Bibhutibhushan Bandopadhyay who was the student of this school. Not the bricks, rods,cement built this institution but students, teachers and interactive community set up its soul. Thus we are standing here with enormous dignity and pride. We have crossed so many milestones, faced huge hurdles to protect our boundaries. Our school provides good quality classrooms,adequate smart classrooms, well maintained science & geography Laboratories, gymnasium, two big playgrounds and a fruitful learning ambience to our students.

All the teaching, non teaching and office staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities very well.I take pride to be the leader of this heritage institution as well as a part of its administration. Our recent aim is to start English Medium besides our Bengali Medium section to move on with the recent trends of our globalisation approach.
